We keep a private roster of cabin attendants, each one a hospitality professional with a particular strength. After you request a quote, you can look through it and ask for the attendant who suits your trip.
Elisa
Craft mixology and VIP hospitality. Speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
Elisa is lively and attentive. She is at her best on a flight that is part of the occasion, such as a Friday departure for a weekend away, when you want a well-made drink, good conversation and a cabin that feels easy from the moment you board.
She is a good match for clients who like to be looked after in a relaxed, personable way. If you would rather have a quiet flight, tell Jake when you request a quote and he will suggest someone who suits that better.
Strengths on the roster
Each attendant has a different style. Some are warm and talkative, some quiet and discreet, some at their best with children or with guests who need extra care.
Culinary and fine dining
Attendants with a culinary background can prepare and plate a multi-course meal, work around dietary needs and talk through the menu with you before the flight.
Family and childcare
If you are travelling with young children, you can ask for an attendant who has experience looking after them in flight, so you can sit back as well.
Medical training
The roster includes attendants who are registered nurses. That can matter for a client with health needs, or for a parent travelling with someone who needs care.
Languages
Several attendants speak more than one language, which helps when your guests do not share yours.
How it works
Request a quote and Jake sends you a private link to the roster. Tell him who you would like, and he passes the request to the operator.
Crew requests are coordinated with the operating carrier. The carrier keeps final responsibility for crew assignment and safety, so on rare occasions, for example if an attendant is unavailable or the carrier's own crew policies apply, we will offer you the closest match.
Many clients ask for the same attendant every time they fly with us. Once you have found someone you like, say so, and we will make that request on later trips.
