The whole trip, arranged by one person.
The flight is only part of it. Jake books what happens on either side of it too.

Cars and helicopters
We arrange a car to meet you at the departure airport's FBO and another at the other end. At private terminals the car can usually drive to the aircraft, so you skip the lobby.
From Manhattan, we can also arrange a helicopter connection from the Downtown, East 34th Street or West 30th Street heliports to Teterboro or Westchester. These flights are run by separate operators, and we book them alongside your charter.
Catering and pets
Tell Jake what you want on board, whether that's a dietary requirement, a favorite wine or a meal from a restaurant you like, and he arranges it with the operator's catering.
If you're travelling with a pet, say so when you ask for a quote. Operators have their own pet policies, so we confirm that the aircraft you're offered will take your animal, and arrange anything it needs on board.

Choosing an aircraft size
We usually quote two or three options so you can compare. These are the sizes we use most.
Light jets
The usual choice for flights of up to about three hours with a small group, such as New York to Florida. They use smaller airports and runways.
Super-midsize jets
A wider, taller cabin and more range, which suits longer trips, more passengers and more luggage. Coast to coast is possible in this size, sometimes with a fuel stop going west.
Heavy jets
Larger cabins, more seats and the range for transatlantic trips. Worth it for bigger groups or long flights.
Trips with more than one stop
If you have meetings in several cities, need the aircraft to wait overnight or want to add a leg, Jake plans the schedule with the operator, including crew duty limits, so the plan holds up on the day.
